Our Team

Established in 2018 by Dr Daniel Allen in collaboration with Debbie Matthews at the Stolen and Missing Pets Alliance, Pet Theft Reform is run by a small collection of volunteers and passionate public voices all dedicated to ensuring that our beloved pets are seen as more than just property.

The Pet Theft Reform team is grateful to the individuals who care passionately about protecting our pets, and for using their social media platforms to raise awareness of our campaign and the need for change.

Pet Theft Reform has been widely supported by animal organisations since the campaign started in 2018. Our coalition was formed in 2021 to create a collective lobbying voice and to help amplify our message.
